We are open when the mall is open. The Water Tower Place mall hours https://www.shopwatertower.com/hours/. A friendly but a VERY important reminder:  depending on how much orders are back logged, the store might have to stop taking orders for the characters(Dino, Spiderman, Bunny Foofoo etc) before closing hour, usually 45 minutes before the closing time. You can STILL order candy clouds or from the cotton candy machine. It is very hard for us to make this decision considering we are turning down our most valued customers who come in and show love and support to us. We hope this can change once we have recruited more cotton candy artists and assistants(WE ARE HIRING). In the mean time, if you see the ordering kiosks  are switched off or you are not sure if we are still taking character orders, please ask the artist or the assistant. Some of the customers are very polite and do not want to interrupt the artist or the assistant's work. We really appreciate your kind consideration and we are used to multitasking, your time is valuable to us too. 

Our decision of stop taking character orders before store closing time, though difficult, is shaped by past experiences and a commitment to providing the best service within our means, while adhering to necessary rules and guidelines. To ensure this, our operating hours are structured as follows:

• Monday to Thursday
  • Final character orders at 6:15 PM
  • Store closes at 7:00 PM
• Friday to Saturday
  • Final character orders at 7:15 PM
  • Store closes at 8:00 PM
• Sunday
  • Final orders at 5:15 PM
  • Store closes at 6:00 PM

This schedule allows us to maintain high-quality service and comply with operational guidelines.

We are located on the seventh floor of Water Tower Place, on the left hand side if you head towards Chicago Sports Museum, on the opposite side of Garrett popcorn. 

Muah Cotton Candy offers handmade and machine made cotton candies. There are 10 candy flavors you can chose from, tens of figures and shapes you can pick. Check out our candy gallery.

Our cotton candy figures come in various delightful forms! Prices dance around like cotton candy in the wind – from $15 to $35. Our dino and unicorn pals might be fancier than our spiderman, so they're the "VIPs" at $35 and $28. Sweet creations for every budget, that's our motto!

Absolutely,  from a yellow bow for Kitty White to a completely blue duckling, the artist has made all kinds of variation of cotton candy figures per customer requests.  The customer is actually encouraged to supply our artist with ideas how they interprets their crave of sweetness. 

We started our business in July 2023, our team is quite lean and our resource is quite constrained as of today. We  do not take request of catering, pre ordering by phone or by email at this time. This could change once we have enough cotton candy artists and assistants trained and ready to take the onsite orders and deliver the in store quality products. 

We take our customer's well being very seriously. Other than the dry fruit(mongo and strawberry) add ons(optional) from the vending machine and the fluffy ice creams, only premium flavored sugar sourced from most respected vendor is used, and sugar is known to be gluten-free, fat-free, nut-free, dairy-free, and soy-free.
